To submit a warranty claim, please use our online form HERE. Be sure choose "warranty" from the drop-down menu and provide all requested information about the plant(s), including clear images.
If your claim is approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the current retail value of the plant, excluding taxes and shipping. Store credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s account and is valid for 1 year. This store credit is valid towards any purchase on HeirloomRoses.com excluding gift cards and subscription services.
If your claim is unable to be approved, you will receive an email from our Customer Care team with further clarification.
