Important notes:
- Plant tags and ground stakes cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase, as engraving begins immediately. Please allow an extra two days for orders that include tags.
- Shipped orders may be redirected back to us at the customer's expense. If an incorrect address is provided and requires a redirect, additional charges will apply. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
- Orders cannot be split and sent to multiple addresses. If an order is canceled, the products will be forfeited. Any new orders will be subject to current stock availability, pricing, and shipping dates.
